Moonscale 48lb 8oz

After a difficult few months Stu showed the Ashmead carp are still willing to feed with the capture of Moonscale at a biggest ever weight of 48lb 8oz last night. Well done sir!

Keith Jones landed Single Scale last night at a lake record weight of 56lb 15oz. It brought to an end a bit of a lean period for Keith and if ever an angler deserved a fish, Keith was that man... Wonderful.
Moonscale

Moonscale was landed last night at a new high of 46lb 6oz from one of the narrow channels... The same angler (a guest) also caught an 18lb common this morning to cap a great session.
Larrie returns.... with a brace to remember

After a break over the summer Larrie is back and, in his own inimitable style, has had a session to remember. First he caught the common called Rags at over 36lb, followed (after a quick move) by The Grey, a mirror that was also 36lb plus... Oh! and he's just caught a 20+ common as well.
If Larrie fished in a tin bucket for the rest of the night he'd probably catch another thirty....
Blackeye

Stuart landed a well deserved thirty this morning... Blackeye at 32lb 12oz. To say he was please would be a bit of an understatement, although he did complain about the mess the "used" Trigga Ice made on his unhooking mat whilst he was unhooking the fish!

Brian Skoyles landed Opal Fruit at 37lb 4oz early this morning and was still smiling from ear to ear this evening when I went down to congratulate him on his success. Lovely!
